 2015-2         An Ordinance for the payment of bills in the month of February in the amount of $_________ and declaring an emergency.

 

2015-3          An Ordinance appointing James Orsine to the full-time position of police Sergeant for the Village of Bentleyville and declaring an emergency.

 

2015-4          An emergency Ordinance repealing and replacing Section 1276.02, Fence and Cover Required with a new Section 1276.02 entitled Fence Required, of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Bentleyville, Ohio, and declaring an emergency.

 

                   

 

MOTIONS:  

 

                    Motion to adopt 2015 Firearms Range Agreement with the Village of Hunting Valley.

 

 

                   

Upon the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, a Motion to approve the following variances at 35036 Cannon Road, Anne Carrol/John Maxfield (each variance to be voted upon separately)

 

A 43.3 foot variance from 1266.02(b) - 100 feet minimum from the main dwelling for Accessory structures housing animals.

 

A 4 foot variance from 1266.02(b) – 100 feet minimum from the street for Accessory Structures housing animals.

 

A 18 foot variance from 1266.02(b) – 50 feet minimum from the lot line for Accessory Structures housing animals.

 

 

                    Motion confirming the appointment of Jeffrey Axner to the position of part-time police officer for the Village of Bentleyville.
