Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Joe Maurer, Chair, Joe Hudson, Committee, Bernice Schreiber, Fiscal Officer, Wendy Gillund, Council, Penny Whittaker, Council

Meeting Called to Order at 7:00PM

Review of Accounts Payable

Discussion of various items on the list with satisfactory answers to all questions.
Payables Approved by the Finance Committee for submission to Council.

Review of December Financial Statements

The Financial Statement review indicates that revenues for the entire year were in excess of the budgeted amount by over $80,000. Expenses were less than the budgeted amount by approximately $75,000. This resulted in a positive inflow before advances and transfers of $171,000.

Other Discussion Items

Ordinance 2010-01 regarding codification of the ordinances with American Legal Publishing was discussed. Bernice was to obtain additional information which she will report on.

Joe Maurer authored a short article on the financial results for 2009 which will be included in the next newsletter.
