Approve March minutes with correction of attendees
Equipment Use procedures
Corrections made and will be available for next meeting
Review questions from admin.
Deposit up front
Pay upfront for propane going rate
Divided on tent use at residents home. – Discuss at council
Meet with Jackie to discuss form
Village Hall sign will be up in a week.
Events are all approved
Bike and Hike path update
Davies Trees estimate and offer to provide care instructions for trees see garden club and check budget
John Bourisseau will update at the next meeting
Update from last meeting (Garden Club)
Meeting with Kathy H with exact count then will send cost approval (should cost between 600-800 dollars). Objective is to unify the beds. This is in addition to the cost of purchasing the yearly annuals. Garden Club is negotiating price of flats. The information will be emailed to committee for approval.
Motion for approval to move forward with the Garden Club proposal to unify the surrounding Village Hall beds. We will approval emails because of timing.
May 5, Wednesday, is clean up day – service department will be there to assist.
Service department will oversee watering of flowers/plants around Village Hall.
Approval of Davies trees service if in budget
1. Re-establish native plants in the park meadow.
2. Establish a campfire pit in the park. – On hold for Eagle Scout Project
3. Monitor use of equipment to determine better storage..
4. Evaluation of facilities and beautification
5. Bridge railing. – Solon Road will be replaced by the county, Ordinance has been approved by Council. Miles road bridge will stay on our goals.
6. Mark horse trail in park.
7. Rain barrel
