Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes

April 28th, 2010

Wednesday

7:00 P.M.

Present: Doug Miller, Leonard Spremulli, George Skipper

Meeting started at 7:03 P.M.

1. Mr. & Mrs. Distelhorst, 35186 Holbrook Rd.

Lot consolidation: PP #941-14-002, 003, & 007. The proposed consolidation meets the requirements of Codified Ordinance 1266.03 and was approved by the Village Engineer. The Commission approved the consolidation, contingent on the engineer’s comments regarding the plat and deeds being addressed to his satisfaction.

2. Mr. & Mrs. Distelhorst, 35186 Holbrook Rd.

Plans for a new dwelling were submitted for review. As no variances were requested or needed, the Building Inspector will provide the final approval.

3. Mr. & Mrs. Bunker, 45 Glenridge Ct.

A grading plan for the rear yard was submitted for approval. The Commission members had a number of questions which could not be answered that evening, so the request was tabled. A special meeting was then scheduled for May 5th, 2010 for further review of the submission.

Mr. & Mrs. Glasco, S/L 4 Riverview Ct.

Plans for a new dwelling were submitted for review. The lot is a pre-existing part of the original subdivision plat, so a variance is not required for either the lot size or building set-backs. It is located in the FEMA Flood Hazard Area Zone “AE”. A Flood Hazard Area Development Permit Application has been submitted and approved by the Flood Plain Administrator (Village Engineer). It is not located within the 125 ft. riparian setback. As no variances were needed or requested, the Building Inspector will provide the final approval.

The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
